从RBV和PT理论视角探讨煤矿信息技术价值的创造

摘要：

煤矿信息技术不能被简单看作是一种容易获取的、可被模仿的技术,它是一种更强调跨系统功能,跨组织部门与跨地理区域的资源。论文以煤矿信息技术为研究对象,利用资源基础理论对煤矿信息技术资源进行了识别,给出了煤矿信息技术的8种关键资源分类。利用过程理论建立了一个煤矿信息技术价值层级,直观地展现煤矿信息技术价值形成机理。最后,论文将资源基础理论与过程理论相结合,从动态视角构建了煤矿信息技术资源产生价值的理论框架,探讨煤矿信息技术这种嵌入式资源如何在煤炭企业实施、融合阶段创造价值。
