健康成人血清中C反应蛋白的分布

摘要：

目的了解健康成人C反应蛋白(CRP)分布情况。方法采用胶乳增强免疫透射比浊法对522例健康成人进行CRP定量测定。结果健康人群CRP呈偏态分布,第95百分位数男性为3.210mg/L,女性为1.970mg/L,平均为2.455mg/L。男性高于女性,差异具有显著意义(P=0.023)。女性50岁以上组血清CRP浓度高于其他年龄组(P=0.008);30～39岁组男女健康人血清CRP浓度比较具有显著差异(P=0.040)。结论健康人群CRP浓度分布具有性别和一定的年龄特征,应根据各自的特征建立参考值。
