脑循环障碍与急性CO中毒迟发性脑病

摘要
脑循环血液供应是保证脑组织正常新陈代谢的前提条件,任何原因所造成的脑循环阻力增加、血流速度缓慢均会影响神经系统的正常功能。CO中毒迟发性脑病是以痴呆、智力障碍为主要表现的精神症状,且好发于老年,尤其合并有高血压、动脉粥样硬化的患者,提示脑循环障碍与急性CO中毒迟发性脑病可能存在必然的联系。
