摘要：

目的:综述植物多酚降血糖和降血脂作用的研究进展,为其进一步的实验及临床研究提供理论参考。方法:查阅近10年来有关植物多酚降血糖、降血脂的国内外研究性论文,综述多酚类物质的分类、来源及降血糖、降血脂的作用机制。结果:植物多酚广泛存在于各种水果、蔬菜、谷物中,大量研究证实其有降低血糖、调节血脂的作用。结论:植物多酚类物质具有广泛的应用前景。
