2型糖尿病患者脉搏波传导速度的变化

摘要
目的比较2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者与正常对照组的臂踝脉搏波传导速度(brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity,baPWV)的值,分析臂踝脉搏波传导速度与空腹血糖(FBG)、糖尿病病程,颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)的相关性。方法收录90例2型糖尿病患者,年龄40~65岁,男女各45例;正常对照组90例,年龄40~60岁,男50例,女35例。采集两组年龄、体重指数、性别比例、吸烟比例、饮酒比例、空腹血糖。结果 2型糖尿病组的臂踝脉搏波传导速度和颈动脉内中膜厚度明显高于正常对照组;2型糖尿病患者的病程、空腹血糖和颈动脉内中膜厚度与臂踝脉搏波传导速度均呈正相关。结论臂踝脉搏波传导速度与2型糖尿病患者血管病变的危险因素有明显的相关性,对2型糖尿病血管病变的早期诊断和治疗有重要的参考价值。
