细菌-脑-肠轴理论体系的建立

摘要
肠道菌群可以经脑-肠轴对大脑产生影响,因而形成了细菌-脑-肠轴这一概念。细菌-脑-肠轴的作用在代谢性疾病、精神性疾病、功能性胃肠病等疾病中均有体现,所涉及的途径包括肠黏膜屏障、神经信号通路、5-羟色胺和色氨酸代谢通路、免疫应答反应、胃肠激素、细菌代谢产物、基因调控、HPA轴等。本文作者就菌-脑-肠轴这一理论的形成和理论基础作一综述。
