The article discusses the development of China's e government and its compatibility with international standard and practice from 5 aspects:the significance of the e government;the definition of the e government;analysis of the compatibility of China's e government with international standard and practice;analysis of the cause;and measures to improve the compatibility of China's e government with international standard and practice.
