摘要：

原发椎管内肿瘤并不罕见,但发病早期常易误诊或漏诊,致延误手术影响疗效。为此本文就我院1966年1月至1979年12月经手术治疗153例原发椎管内肿瘤,对其诊断和治疗问题分析报道如下。
