摘要
表面等离子体共振生物传感器在分析生物分子相互作用方面,具有灵敏度高、实时在线、简单快捷和抗干扰能力强等优点,被广泛应用于临床检验、药物筛选等研究领域;因其能满足空间特殊环境下的使用要求,在航天医学领域具有广阔的应用前景.本文综述了表面等离子体共振生物传感器的原理、特点、在生命科学研究中的应用及在航天医学中的应用前景.
