摘要：

卒中相关性感染多发生在脑卒中发病后的3d内,不完全等同于院内感染。脑卒中后感染易感性增加,疾病诱导的细胞免疫功能低下是其重要的内在机制,可能与多个环节有关。对免疫低下进行干预有望降低感染的发生率。
