<正>随着自然科学的发展,尤其是进入17世纪后,以书籍和通信为媒介的交流方式已经不能适应科学的发展。因此需要有一种新的出版媒介来完成学术传播的使命。在这个时候,学术期刊应运而生,其标志便是1665年法国《学者周刊》和英国《哲学汇刊》的创办。1《学者周刊》
