企业组织能力对技术创新速度影响的实证研究——以上海工业企业为例

摘要：

在理论文献探讨的基础上,结合企业实地调研,通过调查问卷收集221家企业样本,运用SPSS统计软件,基于组织能力视角,对企业技术创新速度的影响因素进行了实证分析。研究结果显示,组织能力的三个变量对两种技术创新速度存在显著影响作用。研究目的在于为我国企业加快技术创新速度提供理论依据。
