基于“肾藏精,主骨”理论探讨黄芪补肾治疗骨质疏松症的机理

摘要
随着对骨质疏松症的深入研究发现,骨髓间充质干细胞的衰老在其病理进程中起重要作用,此外,通过VD/VDR调控FGF23-Klotho轴可以作为原发性骨质疏松症治疗的靶点;同时,中医基于"肾藏精,主骨"理论认为肾虚是衰老和骨质疏松症的根本病机,补肾作为防治骨质疏松症的基本治法;另外,补肾中药黄芪有较好的抗衰老作用,同时具有作用于骨髓间充质干细胞治疗原发性骨质疏松症的功效;课题组前期研究证实黄芪能调节骨质疏松模型大鼠血清维生素D、FGF23、Klotho含量。综上推测,补肾中药黄芪可能通过VD/VDR对FGF23-Klotho轴的调控作用,改善衰老BMSCs活力和骨形成,从而发挥抗骨质疏松症的作用。
