摘要：

老年认知功能障碍是常见的神经系统退行性病变,是仅次于脑血管病的最常见的神经科疾病。其流行病学数据能反映老年认知障碍人群及其各个亚组(如年龄、性别、地区、种族等)中的发病频度、动态变化及其差异,为疾病的预防、诊断和治疗提供依据。本文就老年性痴呆和轻度认知功能障碍人群的患病率、发病率、病死率及疾病负担的研究新进展做一综述。
