摘要：

本文主要尝试从学科交叉研究的角度 ,研究资本结构决策与产品市场竞争战略之间的关系 ,阐述产业竞争与企业最优资本结构之间存在的有机联系。研究资本结构与产品市场竞争的互动关系有助于解释不同行业资本结构的差异 ,并对我国企业融资的实践有一定的借鉴作用
