摘要：

目的:评价CESD-10中文版在中老年人群中的应用,检验CESD-10量表的因子结构。方法:以CHARLS数据为样本,使用SPSS软件对数据进行探索性因子分析,并结合结构方程模型理论对因子结构的合理性进行验证。结果:探索性因子分析提取出了两个主因子,进一步的验证性因子分析表明,两因子模型中χ2=949.460(P﹤0.000),df=34,NFI=0.948,GFI=0.973,CFI=0.950,RMSEA=0.059。结论:大样本抽样数据证明了该量表两因子结构的合理性,CESD-10可广泛用于中国中老年人群抑郁症的筛查和研究实践中。
