摘要：

电力市场是否良好有序发展对国民经济的方方面面影响深远 ,这一影响的核心因素是电价 .从资源优化配置并追求社会效益最大化的角度出发 ,研究了电力短期交易价格形成的机制问题 ,分析了基于最小成本和基于最小用户付费两种定价方法的特点 ,对追求社会效益最大化的边际成本定价及在此机制下的固定成本补偿方法进行了探讨
