美元货币权力及其对中国的经济安全影响

摘要：

西方主流货币权力理论存在概念体系混乱、货币权力界定失范、核心机理研究不足等问题。本文认为,应从国际货币功能出发,将美元货币权力重新识别和界定为三大权力:国际货币发行权、支付清算权和交易定价权。本文研究了美元三大权力的生成、操作机理,指出美元货币权力有可能从宏观经济稳定、对外贸易和金融支付、工业运行成本和原材料供应等方面对中国经济安全产生重大影响,中国应为此做好充分的应对准备。
