沿脑-肠轴探讨肠易激综合征的可能机制

摘要
肠易激综合征(IBS)是在特殊介质的基础上,以神经-内分泌-免疫系统为中介,以社会心理因素刺激为扳机而触发的心身疾病,迄今发病机制尚不明朗,内脏高敏感性作为其主要的最广为接受的病理生理机制备受瞩目,目前认为各种因素导致的外周和(或)中枢致敏是其重要的发病机制。本文综合近年来国内外学者的研究成果,从神经-内分泌-免疫网络失调这一角度探讨IBS患者内脏高敏感性的外周和中枢机制。
