非刺激性混合唾液流率、Na+、IgA水平的生理变化分析

摘要：

本文建立了钠离子选择电极检测唾液Na+含量的试验方法。观察了20名正常人唾液流率、Na+、IgA变化的生理节律。检测了139名21岁至70岁正常人的唾液流率、Na+、IgA水平,并与Sjgren's综合征患者进行了比较。实验结果提示,标本采取时间和受试者的年龄显著地影响非刺激性混合唾液流率、Na+、IgA的检测结果。
