益生菌与肿瘤化疗相关研究进展

摘要
化疗药物可诱发肠道黏膜的微炎症,造成肠道屏障功能破坏、肠道通透性增加等改变,临床上表现为恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹泻等不良反应,由此可影响到治疗的进程、甚至危及患者生命。近年来,相关动物实验及临床研究提示化疗药物可使得肠道菌群总数减少,致病菌的数量及比例增加。化疗期间肠道黏膜微炎症的发生发展与肠道菌群及其代谢产物的的变化密切相关,肠道菌群具有调节炎症反应、维护肠屏障功能稳定、促进肠道上皮修复、调节免疫反应等作用,甚至提示肠道菌群可能增强肿瘤免疫治疗及化疗药物的疗效。益生菌活菌及上清液具有减轻化疗期间肠道黏膜微炎症反应,维持肠屏障功能的稳定等作用。化疗期间使用益生菌制剂可明显降低重度化疗诱导腹泻的发生率,服用该类制剂不影响化疗药物的疗效,并且并发症的发生率低。
