复发性喉癌的治疗进展

摘要：

喉癌是头颈外科常见恶性肿瘤之一,尽管治疗方法不断改进,但喉癌的复发与转移仍然是导致喉癌治疗失败的重要原因。复发肿瘤往往发展快,侵犯范围广,在治疗上较原发癌更困难,预后更差,严重影响了患者的生存质量。因此,关于复发性喉癌的治疗成为了目前研究的难点和重点问题。本文就复发性喉癌的治疗方法的进展做一综述。
