情绪智力对工作绩效的影响

摘要
本研究探讨情绪智力对企业员工工作绩效的影响。通过对287名企业员工的情绪智力、情绪劳动、工作绩效的测量分析表明:员工情绪智力结构分别为"情绪识别"、"情绪利用"、"情绪功能"、"情绪理解",在控制了人口统计学变量和工作任务的情绪劳动水平之后,"情绪理解"、"情绪功能"对员工的工作绩效有显著影响。这一研究结果对人力资源管理特别是提高企业员工的工作绩效具有实践意义。
