目的　研究重力和粘度因素对模拟根管中标准纸尖吸液性能的影响。方法　制作标准纸尖吸液体积与湿润长度关系的标准曲线 ,体外研究重力、液体粘度等因素对模拟根管中标准纸尖湿润长度的影响。结果　标准纸尖吸液体积与湿润长度间有高度相关性 (r2 =0 .996 1) ;纸尖吸取不同粘度液体时的湿润长度差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;重力因素不影响纸尖的湿润长度 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　标准纸尖可用于根管渗出液的定量取样研究 ,纸尖的湿润长度测量不受重力因素的影响 ,但液体的粘度对测量结果有一定影响
