摘要：

为探讨社会支持在消化性溃疡病人发病与康复中的作用 ,用社会支持量表对 5 6例消化性溃疡病人进行测试 ,并与5 3例健康者进行对照比较。结果显示 :消化性溃疡病人客观支持、主观支持及对支持的利用度评分均低于健康对照组 ,且十二指肠溃疡病人社会支持评分低于胃溃疡病人。提示 ,消化性溃疡病人在社会支持方面存在着某些缺陷 ,护理人员应引导、启发病人获得更多的社会支持
