台湾产业集群之源起与演进——新竹科学园区、中部科学园区、南部科学园区之发展经验

摘要：

产业集群的发展为带动全球的经济发展的核心,其政策的拟定有助于国家或地区整体资源的配置效率与加速技术创新的扩散。本研究介绍台湾新竹科学园区(竹科)、中部科学园区(中科)、南部科学园区(南科)之发展历程、规模、特色、关键成功因素与完整支持系统及未来的发展。最后比较三个科技园区之间差异,并提出对台湾科技园区产业集群的实务建议。
