摘要：

尽管信息资源共享对效能政府建设和电子政务的发展有巨大的推动作用,但目前仍有诸多因素影响着政府推动信息资源共享的成效。本文首先对电子政务信息资源共享的国内外研究现状进行分析和综述,归纳影响电子政务信息资源共享绩效的影响因素,进行因子分析,利用多层次回归分析研究各因子对信息资源共享绩效的影响作用。研究结果发现:信息安全因素和便利程度成为电子政务信息资源共享要考虑的首要因素,信任是实施电子政务信息资源共享的极为重要的软环境,信息资源共享的便利程度主要与收益相关,并不是风险的主要来源。
