摘要
人体的胃肠道菌群构成一个庞大、复杂的微生态系统,并且随着年龄的增长而发生动态变化,成年后菌群的结构达到动态平衡。胃肠道菌群具有参与物质代谢、促进机体免疫系统的发育和抑制病原菌定植等生理作用。菌群失调会导致各种疾病的发生,如肠易激综合征、炎症性肠病、肥胖症、1型糖尿病、肠道恶性肿瘤等。本文就胃肠道菌群与肿瘤发生发展关系的最新研究作一综述,并根据最新提出的Alpha-Bug学说和driver-passenger学说,论述了肠道菌群促进大肠癌发生的机制。为阐明胃肠道肿瘤的发生机制提供新的思路。
