垂直通风差压球形果蔬预冷的数学模型

摘要
针对垂直通风差压预冷方式 ,建立了球形果蔬预冷过程的数学模型 ,该模型考虑了传热与传质过程相耦合的特点。采用有限差分法对该模型进行了数值求解 ,计算结果与实验数据比较的结果表明 ,所建立的数学模型是可靠和实用的
