本文介绍了西方学者对业务外包的定义、分类以及对外包动因的探析 ,总结了外包的过程框架 ,回顾并分析了国外关于外包决策、实施以及外包风险管理等方面的研究成果 ,以期为我国学者进一步深入研究外包理论与实践提供借鉴
