摘要：

社会网络分析作为一种结构主义的研究思想和方法,近年来被广泛地应用于知识管理研究领域。通过对知识管理领域中知识组织与构建、知识传播与共享、知识检索与发现3个层面的梳理和分析,对国际学术界近年来社会网络分析在知识管理领域中的应用研究的前沿进展和研究热点进行了总结,以期为国内的相关研究提供借鉴。
