摘要：

<正> 颈动脉粥样硬化所导致的颈动脉狭窄(carotid arterystenosis,CAS)不仅是缺血性脑血管疾病的独立危险因素,而且严重的CAS可能还与认知功能受损相关。有研究显示,轻度认知功能障碍(mild cognitive impairment,MCI)是可逆的。因此,对CAS进行治疗,有可能降低轻度认知功能的损害,控制发展为痴呆的风险。我们观察了颈内动脉支架置入术对认知功能损害的影响,现将结果报道如下。
