宫颈妊娠26例诊治分析

摘要：

目的探讨宫颈妊娠的诊断、治疗及进展。方法对10年来我院收治的26例宫颈妊娠患者进行回顾性分析。结果12例氨甲蝶呤+米非司酮保守治疗成功,8例选择性动脉栓塞术治疗成功,3例切除子宫,3例行宫腔镜手术。结论宫颈妊娠应早期诊治,治疗方案应个体化,药物治疗及选择性动脉栓塞可为宫颈妊娠治疗提供切实可行的治疗手段。
