摘要：

创新是企业赢得竞争优势的重要手段,依托现有产品技术开发适配性的服务成为制造业服务化转型的关键。从产品技术生命周期视角出发并结合A-U模型,以中国全地面起重机为案例探索产品技术创新与服务创新的关系,进而探究了服务创新轨道演化规律。研究表明:两类创新相辅相济,是装备制造业实现可持续发展的动力;不同阶段的产品技术决定了差异性的服务创新内容,更高技术含量的产品可承载的服务内容越丰富;两类创新轨道影响着制造企业转型战略思维的转变。研究结论丰富了制造业服务创新内涵,可为中国制造企业制定服务创新战略提供理论指导。
