摘要：

<正>放射性口腔炎是一种放射线电离辐射导致的口腔黏膜损伤,是头颈部肿瘤放疗过程中最常见的并发症之一。通常表现为咽痛、黏膜充血、溃疡形成,重者伴有出血、脓性分泌物等。患者常常疼痛难忍,影响其正常进食、睡眠等日常生活,并造成严重的心理负担,甚至被迫中断治疗[1]。为了提高患者的生存质量,必须寻找有效的方法治疗放射性口腔炎。近年来组织工
