摘要：

功能失调性子宫出血(DUB)是一种妇科内分泌疾病,严重危害妇女的身心健康。研究表明其发病主要与下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴以及子宫内膜微环境的改变有紧密的关系。虽然其发病机制仍不明确,但是近年来,有不少学者研究表明,前列腺素在正常月经以及DUB的发病机制中有重要调控作用。
