摘要：

乳糖酶是存在于哺乳动物小肠黏膜微绒毛膜表面上的一种双糖酶。乳糖酶缺乏(LD)是个世界性的问题,影响了全世界近2/3的人口,亚洲的患病率高达95%100%。LD会造成乳糖吸收不良,甚至出现一系列乳糖不耐受的症状,对人类的健康造成很大的威胁。现就LD的分子生物学研究进展综述如下。
