基于PM2.5防控理念的特大城市清洁空气改善战略研究

摘要
我国特大城市的空气污染形势日益严峻,以沙尘暴、毒雾、光化学烟雾和灰霾等在特大城市时有发生。PM2.5成为加剧大气环境问题的温床,直接导致了我国特大城市空气质量下降,并对人体健康构成威胁。因此,PM2.5污染的防控,对特大城市局地气候、市民健康和动植物生命安全有积极的作用。本研究通过在对北京市PM2.5污染特征、来源解析、重点防控对策进行归纳的基础上,从多种污染源管控、不同产业行业节能减排、强化城市规划的先导作用、创新城市管理、加快应急反应体系的建成等方面,就特大城市对PM2.5的防控提出对策建议。
