摘要：

<正>随着高嘌呤、高蛋白饮食的增加,我国高尿酸血症(HU)患病率逐年增高。血清尿酸(UA)浓度升高与高血压、冠心病、周围血管病变和脑卒中发病及预后均存在一定关系[1],但UA升高是否是脑卒中独立危险因素(IRF)或是否具有神经保护作用尚存争议[2]。本文就血清UA水平与脑卒中关系作一综述。
