摘要：

考虑双寡头市场上的知识产权保护力度问题 .2个企业都从事 R&D活动 ,且 R&D溢出的大小用来表示知识产权保护的力度 .在政府以社会福利最大为目标选择溢出后 ,每个企业先后在R&D支出和产量上作决策 .分析了双寡头在 R&D阶段和产量阶段完全不合作、半合作和完全合作时由社会福利确定的最优知识产权保护水平 ,并讨论了使社会最优的溢出、R&D支出和产量
