<正>1病例介绍患者女性,68岁,因"反复右髋部疼痛1年,加重5月"于2010年5月20日收治入院。患者1年前因反复右髋部疼痛于地方医院就诊,诊断为"关节炎",行止痛及针灸理疗,效果不明显,疼痛症状加重,且伴右侧髋部及同侧下肢肿胀、压痛,活动障
