摘要：

越来越多的研究表明,增强型体外反搏是一项安全、无创伤和费用低廉的冠心病治疗手段。其潜在的血管内皮保护机制提示其可作为慢性血管性病变预防和康复的有效选择。本文简要评述结合体外反搏疗法的心血管康复国际专家共识,以期构建具有中国特色的心血管康复新模式。
