竹材耐光老化有机涂层的紫外屏蔽性能

摘要
将苯并三唑、丙烯酸树脂、乙酸乙酯和无水酒精等按一定比例混合制得两种竹材表面耐光老化涂层物质,分析其对紫外光与可见光的吸收性能;将未添加苯并三唑的涂层物质和添加苯并三唑的涂层物质涂布于竹片表面进行自然光照老化处理,分析试样光老化时的色度稳定性。结果表明:添加苯并三唑后的涂层对300~380 nm的紫外光吸收较未添加的涂层大幅增加;随着涂层厚度的增加,涂层的吸光度及吸收峰峰宽明显增加。自然老化试验发现,涂布添加苯并三唑涂层的试样在光老化时的色度稳定性得到显著提高,自然老化112 d后总色差比未涂布涂层的试样降低了67.8%。
