摘要：

本文就国内外对植物离体细胞胚胎发生的诱导条件,尤其是生长调节物质的应用效果,体细胞胚胎发生的高频率及同步化问题的研究现状,以及有关胚胎发生的基因表达倣了综合论述,并对体细胞胚胎发生在应用方面的优越性及前景作了概括性介绍。
