胸腺肽α单用治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床荟萃分析

摘要：

目的研究单用胸腺肽α1(thymosin alpha-1,Tα1,zadaxin)对慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)的治疗作用。方法通过MEDLINE、PUBMED、Blackwell等电子数据库搜寻有关Tα1治疗慢性乙型肝炎的相关资料,加以统计学上的比较、分析、观察及评价其对CHB的治疗效果。结果对7个研究胸腺肽α1(zadaxin)单用治疗慢性乙型肝炎的随机对照实验进行临床荟萃分析发现,Tα1单用的疗效(38%)几乎是对照组(13%)的3倍,在统计学上差异有显著性意义。结论胸腺肽α1单用治疗CHB能取得较好的临床治疗效果,与干扰素相比不仅表现在能有效地减少乙肝病毒(HBV)复制,较少不良反应,为机体较好地耐受,而且诱导了持续的、递增的血清丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)复常和HBV-DNA的清除。
