摘要
中药含有多种植物化学成分,包括酚类、黄酮类、萜类、生物碱、糖苷类、苯丙素类、甾体皂苷类成分等。这些化学成分具有独特的生物活性,从而使中药在预防和治疗疾病上发挥了重要作用。然而,中药中活性成分的含量常常很低,因此很难准确分析用于评价中药质量。LC-MS/MS技术是21世纪最重要的分析技术之一,并且越来越多的用于中药的活性成分分析以阐明中药药效的物质基础。该文综述了LC-MS/MS在中药活性成分分析中的应用现状,以期为中药现代化提供有效参考。
