组织学习对知识转移的影响分析:基于中外合资企业的实证分析

摘要
合资企业是跨国公司进行组织学习和知识获取的主要途径。对于中外合资企业来说,中方母公司的知识转移效果与其学习意愿及学习能力相关,而学习能力又会受到学习意愿的影响。本研究探究了组织学习对中方母公司知识转移效果的作用机制和路径。基于问卷调查得到的中外合资企业的数据,我们对假设进行了验证。我们的假设得到了实证研究结果的支持。
