慢性特发性荨麻疹与甲状腺自身免疫性的关系研究

摘要：

目的 :探讨慢性特发性荨麻疹与甲状腺自身免疫性的关系 ,评价甲状腺素治疗伴有甲状腺自身抗体的慢性荨麻疹的意义。方法 :采用放射免疫法 ,对 86例慢性特发性荨麻疹患者及 3 0例正常体检人群的甲状腺功能及甲状腺自身抗体进行检测。并对甲状腺自身抗体阳性的慢性荨麻疹患者采用甲状腺素片治疗。结果 :86例慢性荨麻疹患者中 ,抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体 (TGA)阳性 12例 (13 9% ) ;抗甲状腺微粒体抗体 (TMA )阳性 11例 (12 8% ) ;慢性荨麻疹组TGA及TMA水平均显著高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ;对 12例自身抗体阳性的慢性荨麻疹患者用甲状腺素片治疗 ,6例痊愈 ,3例显效 ,2例有效 ,1例无效。 5例自身抗体阴性患者用甲状腺素片治疗均无效。结论 :慢性荨麻疹的发病有自身免疫机制参与 ;对伴有甲状腺自身抗体的慢性荨麻疹患者用甲状腺素片治疗有一定的疗效
