摘要
能源利用与环境保护的关系及能源安全问题是经济发展过程中不可忽视的关键问题,能源互联网为解决这些问题提供了良好平台和技术支撑,有助于降低碳排放、促进碳达峰,提升国家能源安全。以环境问题和能源安全为背景,系统介绍了建设能源互联网的目的、能源互联网具有的特征以及具体实现方式,提出了能源结构转型、区间能源流动模型构建和区域能源高效利用3个层次的解决方案。最后探讨了市场化在能源互联网建设过程中的角色,并对能源互联网相关研究进行了展望。
