本文采用综合视角从个人(自我效能、个人结果预期)、情境(互惠规范、信任)、知识(知识质量、知识增长)、成员行为(知识贡献行为、知识搜寻行为、知识利用、社区忠诚度)四个维度构建虚拟知识社区知识共享影响因素模型。并运用结构方程模型,对虚拟知识社区中促进用户知识共享行为的关键因素以及知识共享行为对虚拟社区成员的社区忠诚度产生的影响进行实证研究。
